Assistant Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Design and implement processes flow for efficient Production

2. Eliminate/minimize wastages/losses in manufacturing processes

3. Make sure that designed systems make the best-integrated use of workers, machines, materials, information, and energy.

4. Solid understanding of the auto component company processes to make them more efficient.

5. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills, solid engineering skills, and be an analytical thinker.

6. Experience in designing systems that maximize productivity, reduce wastage, increase cost efficiency, and ensure high product quality

7. Maximize Productivity in Assembly Shop, Paint Shop, Moulding Shop 8. Maintain Process Documents and Process as per IATF requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in plastic injection moulding for automotive components. • Hands-on experience in new product development, tooling, process design, and plant engineering.
• Specific Skills • Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, automation, and assembly techniques.
• Proficiency in manufacturing engineering tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc. • Experience with ERP systems and engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and team collaboration.
