Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Job Summary

IP Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and analytical professional for the position of Assistant Manager Operations & Commercial at its corporate office in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for managing logistics and supply chain operations, commercial activities, operational performance, and MIS reporting to ensure cost efficiency and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations.
• Manage FMCG supply chain, distribution, and delivery operations.
• Handle commercial activities, including billing, costing, vendor rate negotiations, and reconciliation.
• Monitor operational KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance reports.
• Utilize advanced Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Track logistics expenses and support cost control measures.
• Ensure timely reporting, accurate data management, and adherence to operational processes.
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for facilities spanning 2 lakh+ sq. ft., ensuring efficient space utilization, inventory management, manpower productivity, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis.
• Power BI, MIS Reporting, and Dashboard Development.
• KPI Analysis and Operational Performance Monitoring.
• Knowledge of warehouse, transportation, and FMCG logistics operations.
• Commercial expertise in billing, costing, vendor management, and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, FMCG, transportation, or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and operational data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, analyze performance metrics, and drive operational efficiency.
