Key Responsibilities

• Handle field-level HR issues, employee disputes and critical incidents across company locations, warehouses and site operations.

• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace conflicts and employee counselling.

• Coordinate emergency response and follow-up for workplace accidents, serious injuries and employee fatalities, liaising with management, police, hospitals and relevant authorities as required.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding, particularly for field-level employees and site staff.

• Manage Manpower planning and workforce requirements with department heads and site managers.

• Coordinate KRA/KPI implementation, performance appraisals, training and employee engagement activities.

• Handle employee documentation, HR letters, joining formalities, exit procedures and full-and-final settlement coordination.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory reporting, incident documentation and employee compensation procedures.

• Address employee concerns, resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters.

Educational Qualification.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

Preferred Experience

• 4 - 6 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, construction, automotive, industrial products
• Hindi is Mandatory
