Assistant Manager

We Are Hiring Assistant Manager, Operations | Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager, with the designation mandatory on paper.
• Must have experience in an International Voice Process.
• Experience in US Healthcare Voice Process is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in the following areas:
• People Management and Operational Excellence
• Process Optimization and Strategic Planning & Execution
• Leadership and Team Engagement
• Performance Monitoring, Reporting, and Management
• Stakeholder Management and Communication
• Data Analysis and Quality Control
• Performance Reviews and Improvement

• Succession Planning, Training, and Development
• Escalation Management and Critical Thinking
• Initiative Taking and Technical Competency

• Time Management

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work from the office in Hyderabad.
• Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Immediate joiners to candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period are preferred.
