Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

• To oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient

inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound processes with focus on accuracy, safety,

and timely dispatch.

• Have working Experience in FMCG, E commerce and Warehouse Operations.

Key Responsibilities Deliverables/outcomes

1. Oversee end-to-end

warehouse operations

including inbound, storage,

inventory control, and

outbound dispatch.

On-time inbound and outbound performance as per

service level targets.

2. Ensure on-time receipt and

delivery of goods with zero

damage and minimal

turnaround time.

High customer satisfaction via timely, accurate, and

damage-free dispatches.

3. Manage and monitor inventory

accuracy, cycle counts, and

stock reconciliation.

>99% inventory accuracy through effective stock

management and audits.

4. Coordinate with transport,

procurement, and planning

teams for smooth material flow.

Improved team productivity through training,

supervision, and performance monitoring.

5. Implement 5S, safety, and

housekeeping standards across

the warehouse. Maintain

accurate records in SAP/WMS

and ensure compliance with

audit and statutory norms.

Zero safety incidents and adherence to warehouse

EHS standards

6. Drive continuous improvement

initiatives for cost, speed, and

service enhancement.

Optimized operational cost through manpower,

space, and process efficiency.

Essential Skills required in Candidate (Functional)

• Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, and inventory systems (WMS/SAP/ERP).
• Hands-on with MS Excel and operational reporting
