Bistro is Blinkit's dark-kitchen vertical delivering food in about 10 minutes. The Assistant Manager HRBP will own people operations for Bistro kitchens, from hiring and onboarding to talent management and retention. The role works closely with kitchen and city operations, understands the realities of a high-speed kitchen floor, and builds the people systems that let Bistro scale across India.

• In-depth knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations and how kitchens are staffed and run.
• Has worked across multiple cities, especially Delhi NCR, Bangalore and Mumbai, and understands each market's talent supply and wage expectations.
• Strong generalist HR foundation: recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compliance.
• Has led or managed ground HR teams.
• Hands-on vendor management and mass-hiring experience.
• Comfortable on the kitchen floor, at odd hours, and with operations leaders.
• A genuine foodie who understands cuisines, kitchen roles, food quality and speed.
