Job Description

We are looking for candidates to join our Corporate Internal Audit team in Mangalore. The role involves conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures across operations in India and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, operational, procurement, HR, payroll, inventory, project, and compliance audits.
• Evaluate internal controls, business processes, and risk management practices.
• Perform audit testing, data analysis, and verification of supporting documents.
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and potential fraud risks.
• Prepare audit working papers, observations, reports, and recommendations.
• Support fraud risk assessments, investigations, and special audit assignments.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with process owners and management during audit activities.
• Assist in audit planning, team supervision, and reporting, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• CA Inter, CMA Inter, CIA, CISA, CFE, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications preferred.
• Good knowledge of internal auditing, accounting principles, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

Construction, contracting, industrial services, engineering, oil and gas, or manufacturing.

Experience-Based Role

• 3–5 years: Audit Executive – Internal Audit
• 7–10 years: Assistant Manager – Internal Audit
