Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle daily production planning, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  
• Oversee fabrication production processes, including shop floor control and rejection control.
  
• Coordinate dispatch planning to meet customer requirements efficiently.
  
• Ensure effective customer handling through regular communication and issue resolution.
  
• Monitor manpower handling to optimize productivity levels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of manpower management principles for efficient resource allocation.
  
• Proficiency in daily production planning, fabrication production, shop floor control, dispatch planning, rejection control, and customer handling skills.
