Assistant Manager

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: 25,000- 40,000 CTC per month
Age Criteria: 25-40 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new dealer networks and expand business in new markets.
• Build strong relationships with existing dealers and generate repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate with dealers and customers while maintaining company profit margins.
• Conduct regular market visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Candidate Requirements

1. Relevant Experience: Experience in furniture, furnishings, interiors, or related B2B sales.
2. Dealer Development: Proven ability to appoint new dealers and generate repeat business.
3. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel regularly for market visits and business development.
4. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate pricing while protecting company margins.
5. Communication Skills: Strong follow-up, customer-handling, and relationship-building skills.
6. Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments.
7. Two-Wheeler: Must have access to a two-wheeler for market visits.
8. Mathematical Ability: Good numerical skills, including calculating percentages and discounts mentally without using a calculator.
9. Measurement Knowledge: Must understand and convert measurements in feet, inches, and millimetres.
10. Language Proficiency: Must be able to understand and communicate in Hindi, English, and Punjabi.
11. Location Preference: Candidate should be based in Mohali.
12. Computer Skills: Preference will be given to candidates who have their own personal laptop.
