Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee salary records, and payroll-related reporting for our organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees across multiple locations and sites.
• Collect, verify, and process monthly attendance, leave, overtime, and salary inputs.
• Coordinate with site HR, project coordinators, and department heads to ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll data.
• Handle salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, arrears, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
• Ensure accurate calculation and processing of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), TDS inputs, and other applicable statutory deductions.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Finance teams for salary booking, payroll reconciliation, and timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain employee salary masters, bank details, UAN records, and ESIC insurance details.
• Verify new-joiner documentation and ensure all mandatory details are available before payroll processing.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, salary statements, bank transfer files, and management reports.
• Resolve employee queries related to salary, payslips, deductions, and payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee salary information.
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing payroll data and supporting documents.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within the prescribed timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, attendance management, and salary structures.
• Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS inputs, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Experience handling payroll for a multi-location or site-based workforce will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
