Assistant Manager

o  Ensure book keeping in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and relevant legal provisions in timely manner in SAP. Review accounting compliances in case of International Subsidiaries.

o Document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls

o Effectively manage finalisation of books of accounts.

o Ensure financial and statutory compliance under direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS and other acts) and other statutory compliances as applicable.

o Manage cash flows of specific Territories to ensure timely collection

• o Manage internal & statutory audits to the satisfaction of the auditors and implement process improvements
• o Ability to resolve all the audit issues / queries.
