Assistant Manager

Major responsibilities:

• Audit Co-ordination and schedules

Co-ordination for Tax Accounts, Quarterly limited reviews, Annual Accounts,

Statutory Audits, Group reporting and validations, Internal Audits.

Preparation of various audit schedules

Interaction with auditors, group accounting and query resolution

Assistance in Tax Audit

- Fixed Asset Capitalization

Monitoring the Capital Work In Progress

Preparation of Capital Work in Progress working, co-ordinating with respective asset users for capitalization data

Preparation of Monthly Fixed Asset related registers and schedules

Preparation and documentation of asset installation certificates

Preparation and documentation of asset retirements and transfers

SAP Posting of Assets Capitalisations, Retirement / disposal, Transfers.

Yearly Co-ordination for Physical verification.

- Forward Contracts

Consolidation and co-ordination of Forward Cover booking requests

Assisting in booking of forward contracts

Data Management of forward contracts

Preparation of annexures regarding forex exposures

MIS of Forward Contracts for treasury.

- Foreign Currency Management

Arranging the foreign currency for employees travelling aboard for business purpose.

Processing the currency settlement requests

- Accounting and Assistance in MIS

Posting various accounting entries for closing of books of accounts,

co-ordinating with plants / zones / branches for data regarding entries.

Submission of monthly reports/schedules for MIS and preparation FRP such as Cashflow, Investments.

General ledger Scrutiny

- Others

Assisting in other audits such as GST audit, NSS Audit

Supporting other departments such as Insurance, Taxation, Controlling, Secretarial.

Arranging for CA certificates as per business requirements.

Quarterly preparations of UFCE certificates for banks.

Requirement profile:

Formal education: Chartered Accountant

Professional experience: 2-3 years experience in similar field

Defined competencies:

- Knowledge of Ind-AS and IFRS

- Knowledge of SAP FICO Module

- Team player

- Communication skills
