Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales team to achieve monthly targets for water pump products in the industrial segment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in industrial equipment or machinery sales, preferably in the water treatment industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of water pumps and their applications in various industries (e.g., agriculture, construction).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
