Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data to support key business decisions and ensure financial accuracy.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and MIS reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance tracking across departments.
• Provide timely and actionable insights on revenue trends, cost drivers, profitability, and financial variances to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality finance presentations, management review decks, and investor reports, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial objectives.
• Utilize advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to generate meaningful reports, automate processes, and identify business risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, accounting, and operational teams to ensure seamless data integration, process optimization, and reporting consistency across platforms.
• Work closely with business operations and key stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, deliver customized outputs, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Drive financial planning activities including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case evaluations to support resource allocation and long-term growth planning.
• Ensure data integrity and standardization across financial systems, and help maintain a centralized and reliable repository of financial reports and KPIs.
• Support audit, compliance, and financial governance processes by providing required documentation and reconciliations as per internal and external standards.
