Assistant Manager

Job Summary
We're looking for a sharp operator who keeps the zone's service engine running, not just its trackers.As Assistant Manager – Field Services, you will sit at the centre of the West Zone, working directly with the Zonal Manager. You'll track TAT across ~5,000 service calls a month, chase escalations to closure, keep spare parts flowing to 250+ service centres, and turn CRM data into reports leadership acts on every week.

What will you do?

• Service Coordination: Track daily TAT and pending calls, flag breaches, and close escalations with Area Managers and service partners

• MIS & Reporting: Turn Salesforce data into Excel dashboards and review packs on TAT, closures, and partner performance

• Parts: Monitor DOI, flag stock-outs and excess stock, and coordinate dispatches and defective returns

• Executive Support: Run the field supply calendar, reviews, and action tracker.
