About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Legal Drafting, Documentation and negotiation (Agreement, Contracts, Legal Notice Reply, Legal Cases Reply, Consumer Cases Reply, Affidavits etc.)
- Regulatory Compliance and licensing with respect to the company's existing and new manufacturing plants (FSSAI, FDA, Factory and Boiler, Labour Laws, etc.)
- Handling legal cases of the company, appointing advocates and representing the company before different courts across India.
- Coordinate with external advocates for district court, high court, civil, consumer, and criminal matters.
- Working knowledge of Information Technology Laws (DPDP Act, Sensitive Data Protection)
- Provide legal opinions on business queries related to direct selling practices, product claims, contracts, and regulatory matters
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risk, compliance requirements, and corrective actions
- Legal compliances of manufacturing plants and company relating to various laws labour, factory, Air and Water Act (CTE & CTO), Environment related laws.
- Maintain legal MIS, compliance trackers, and documentation systems.

LLB/ LLM
Work Experience:
3-5 Years (Manufacturing or Direct Selling Preferred)
