Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage direct tax compliance for the company, ensuring timely filing of returns and payment of taxes.
• Oversee TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) operations, including preparation of challans and submission to the Income Tax Department.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic guidance on tax planning opportunities.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in direct taxation, preferably in an engineering or construction industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of income tax return filing procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in preparing TDS challans and submitting them to the Income Tax Department on time.
