Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure clients effectively use India Mart's products and services.
• Maintain accurate and updated client e-catalog information.
• Drive client retention, renewals, upselling, and revenue growth.
• Achieve fortnightly and monthly business targets.
• Follow up with clients, resolve complaints, and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Conduct daily face-to-face client meetings at client locations.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA candidates with a minimum of 9 months of sales experience.
• Graduates from any discipline with 13 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler.
• Valid Driving License (DL) and Registration Certificate (RC) are mandatory.
• Male candidate preferred
