Role & responsibilities

Assistant Manager - Maintenance

B-Tech /BE in Electrical, regular

Certification in Energy Management will be an added advantage

Key Requirements:

- Sound understanding of electrical power distribution electrical safety systems and fire safety practices.

- Proven experience in leading the operations and maintenance of 66 kV and/or 33 kV incoming power systems, including associated transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers.

- Experience in coordinating and liaising with state electricity authorities and regulatory bodies for power-related matters.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of solid-fuel-fired boilers and oil-fired boilers.

- Moderate experience in managing third-party Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts, including supervision and coordination of outsourced teams with a workforce strength of more than 50 personnel.

- Ability to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient utility operations while maintaining compliance with statutory and safety requirements.

- Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, contractor management, and leading utility teams in an industrial environment.

- Experience in solar power generation systems, including operation and maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) plants, will be an added advantage.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Looking for an ideal candidate with an experience in electrical safety practices, exp in boilers.

Experience with high tension lines, liaising with state electricity authorities and plant maintenance.

Minimum 60% should be there in 10th, 12th & BE/B.Tech (Electrical)
