Assistant Manager Production | Refrigerator Manufacturing

Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Experience: 6–7 Years

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing Cold Roll Forming, Cabinet Foaming and Pre-Assembly operations, ensuring production targets, quality, manpower utilization and smooth line operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production and achieve UPH targets.
• Handle manpower planning, deployment and training.
• Reduce scrap and improve FTR.
• Monitor foaming process parameters and ISO/IMS documentation.
• Coordinate with PPC, Maintenance, Tool Room and Materials.
• Ensure machine audits, preventive maintenance and safety.
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical

Preferred: 5+ years’ experience in refrigerator manufacturing, with knowledge of Six Sigma, Process Control Plan and ISO.
