Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned allocation for Liner Products
• Attend and actively participate in planned sales calls and customer meetings to generate new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth and maintain CRM .
• Identify and target potential clients within the shipping and freight forwarding sector to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and convert qualified leads into confirmed business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, pricing, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Shipping / Sales & Marketing principles, including lead generation techniques.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
