Roles & Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Activities

• Prepare and oversee FR documentation and bank payment letters against approved FRs.
• Ensure timely booking of vendor invoices in SAP, vendor advance adjustments and vendor ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor cash transactions and cash distribution for operational requirements.
• Record and monitor inter-project/inter-branch transactions and ensure proper reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation, approvals and payment processing.
• Follow up with banks for priority payments and transaction confirmations.
• Prepare and record customer invoices and account for receipts accordingly.

Monthly Activities

• Conduct bank reconciliations for all bank accounts and resolve outstanding items.
• Record prepaid expenses, provisions and other financial transactions accurately.
• Review and reconcile inter-project/inter-branch balances.
• Prepare Bank DP (Drawing Power) statements for submission to banks.
• Manage payroll accounting, salary reconciliation, payroll entries and salary payments.
• Prepare statutory payment workings and coordinate payments for NIS, PAYE and Withholding Tax.
• Prepare project-wise financial statements, MIS and management reports for internal review and Head Office.
• Coordinate with external auditors, provide required documentation and resolve audit queries.
