About this role
- Supervise and coordinate New construction, renovation and infrastructure projects
- Monitor site execution, quality, progress, safety and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Review drawings, BOQs, measurements and material requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved cost, quality and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and prepare project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction safety and statutory requirements.
- AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, Microsoft Excel, SAP and Microsoft Office.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong experience in industrial/commercial construction and site management.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, drawings and contractor management.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- RCC, structural works, finishing works, and commercial building construction
- Willingness to travel PAN India is essential.
