Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, GST compliance, tax compliance (TDS), and vendor payments.
  
• Prepare monthly end reports on finance and accounts to track performance metrics.
  
• Ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting by analyzing financial data from various sources.
  
• Maintain customer account records with up-to-date information for seamless communication.
  
• Coordinate audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in finance & accounts or related field.
  
• B.Com degree or equivalent qualification; MBA/PGDM in Finance preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of finance principles, practices, and regulations (GST).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) and Tally for data analysis and reporting.
