- Experience: 8 -12 years
- No of Machine Complied as per Methodology

- Drive The Autonomous Maintenances Culture In Dept.

What we are looking for
- Resource planning as per customer schedule(short term and long term) Man power, Machine, Consumables
- Monthly departmental objectives/KPI tracking and making action plan for the reduction of KPI s which are out of target for all white collars.
- Liaisoning with purchase department for the maintaining safety stock of raw material and consumables.
- Involvement in New Product Development
- Ensure goal deployment within organization in line with plant objective.
- Strong knowledge of Hard coat coating Process
- Strong knowledge of Anti-Fog Coating Process
- Strong knowledge of Base Coat Painting Process
- Surface Preparation Pretreatment
