Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities ;

• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and train HVAC technicians and service crews.
• Operations & Dispatch: Coordinate daily service calls, track job statuses, and manage inventory.
• Customer Service: Handle client relations, resolve complaints, and prepare project quotes or maintenance agreements.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure staff follows local, state, and federal safety and environmental rules.
