Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct control testing to identify gaps and weaknesses in financial processes, systems, and controls.
• Develop and implement effective remediation plans to address identified risks and improve overall risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and maintain SOX compliance programs for clients across various industries.
• Provide expert guidance on SOX controls implementation, monitoring, and reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in auditing or accounting with a focus on internal control testing (ICET).
• Strong understanding of SOX controls and regulations applicable to various industries.
• Experience in developing and implementing remediation plans for identified risks or gaps in financial processes.
