Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in business processes and operations.
• Develop and implement lean six sigma methodologies to optimize process efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new products or services.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards by conducting regular audits and providing training on quality management systems.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in an IT services & consulting industry as an IMS specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of internal audit principles, including ISO audit requirements.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma certification program (e.g., Green Belt) is desirable.
