Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare and review quarterly and annual direct tax computations and filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
2. Manage monthly TDS/TCS liabilities, including timely payments, advance tax workings, and filing of TDS/TCS returns
3. Lead tax audits and efficiently handle closure of notices, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth resolution.
4. Perform regular 26AS reconciliations to validate tax credits and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Semi-Qualified or Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong technical knowledge of Indian taxation.
