Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, shift, and manpower-related activities.
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
• Support training and development activities.
• Coordinate with management and department heads on HR matters.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 79 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in API/Pharma manufacturing .
• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.
