Reports to: Manager - Liaison & Government Relations

Pay (CTC) : Rs.45,000 to Rs.50,000 monthly CTC

BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY)

To support central-level coordination, data consolidation, billing preparation, process control, and funds follow-up for the breakfast program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS)

• Coordinate with zonal teams for data collection and ensure completeness
• Support final consolidation of reports for billing
• Ensure alignment between zonal data and MIS
• Track billing readiness and submission timelines
• Maintain central dashboards and trackers
• Assist in state-level submissions and follow-ups
• Support the Manager in process improvements and standardization

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Advanced Excel or data analytics certification is an added advantage

Experience Requirement

• Experience in Liaison & Government is Mandatory

• 6-8 years of experience in operations, MIS, billing, or program coordination
• Experience in handling large datasets and reporting
• Exposure to government projects or education programs is preferred
• Experience in cross-functional coordination is desirable
