  • Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivots, and automation.
  • Strong Power BI dashboard development and visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and experimental design.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach towards project ownership and execution.Desired Experience & Expertise

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, NBFC, Credit Risk, Collections, or Customer Analytics.
  • Exposure to model monitoring, model governance, and production deployment frameworks.
