Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage group insurance business, including credit life cycle from application to claims processing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new opportunities for growth in group sales.
• Oversee the administration of superannuation and gratuity schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive group insurance market.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years' experience in banking or financial services industry, preferably in group insurance or related field.
• Strong understanding of credit life cycle, group business, group sales, life insurance, superannuation, and gratuity concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
