About the Role

ReSourcePro is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Service Delivery with strong Employee Benefits (EB) experience and proven people-management skills.

The role will be responsible for managing client operations, leading teams, ensuring quality and productivity, resolving client issues, and driving process improvements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Service Delivery teams and Team Leaders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients.
• Handle and resolve critical client issues through effective root-cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Manage staffing, workload, performance, and employee engagement.
• Lead department-level and cross-functional projects.
• Support business growth and new client onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with information security and company policies.

Employee Benefits (EB) Experience – Mandatory

Candidates should have strong hands-on knowledge of Employee Benefits processes, including:

• Employee enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Updating employee information on carrier websites and submitting changes to carriers.
• Working on Benefits Administration platforms such as Ease / Employee Navigator.
• Maintaining accurate employee and benefits records.
• Preparing comparative analysis of carrier quotes, renewals, and contribution strategies.
• Managing COBRA enrollments and updates.
• Handling Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) such as marriage, birth, and loss of coverage.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
• Reviewing medical and non-medical benefit contracts.
• Preparing and reviewing renewal, experience, and payroll deduction reports.
• Census formatting and data validation.
• Conducting audits and reconciling reports to identify discrepancies.
• Maintaining process documentation, training materials, and process logs.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of overall experience, preferably in Insurance / Employee Benefits operations.
• Strong Employee Benefits experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing teams and people leaders.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Experience handling US-based insurance clients is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and projects.
• Strong understanding of process improvement and operational excellence.
