Assistant Manager

Essential Functions (Job description) – 

Line compliance has to:

1-Ensures adherence of the Operational & Process related controls, compliance for service delivery requirements, , Client contractual terms, policies, rules and procedures in Client area

2- Coordinate & support compliance activities in client area

3- Conduct periodic, testing of process controls, service delivery compliance reviews/ audits

4- Monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of operations with other enabling departments/compliance teams

5- Act as an independent reviewer and evaluation body to ensure that compliance Issues/concerns within client area are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.

6-Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, 

7-Conduct and lead audits to identify fraud, operational, regulatory, and legal risks, and evaluate the effectiveness of controls to ensure compliance and risk mitigation

       -    Mangers/Sr Manger

        -   AVP/ VPs

        -   Internal/External/Client  Audit team

        -   Corporate Compliance Team

        -   ISG/BCM/Privacy team

Education Requirements

Mandatory – Commerce Graduate ;

Postgraduate in Commerce /CA / CS/CMA Inter are added advantage ;

Excellent on MS Office

Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 4 Yrs of relevant work experience in F&A Risk & Compliance, Service Delivery/Operations, or Audit experience in CA/CS office (Post Intermediate) 

Technical Skills

• Auditing skills and eye for detail
• Ability to interpret Law/contractual requirements
• Good Number orientation (MS Excel Skills)

• Excellent Presentation skills (MS office)
