About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Recruitment to join our HR team at MedPlus Diagnostics. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in hiring clinical and diagnostic professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and diagnostics roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate with candidates.
• Manage both volume and niche hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring MIS.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to offer and onboarding.
• Ensure hiring targets are achieved within defined TATs.

Mandatory Hiring Exposure

Candidates must have experience hiring:

• Phlebotomists
• Lab Technicians
• Doctors

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in Healthcare / Diagnostics / Hospital Recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to independently handle multiple hiring requirements.
• Experience in Diagnostics recruitment will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
