Role & responsibilities
1. Maintain and Monitoring of all Mechanical store activities including Job-Work and consumables.
2. Maintain and Monitoring of electronic store activities.
3. Maintain and Monitoring of Customer property ( FIM's) Receipts, Issues and accounting
4. Maintain and Monitoring of Shelf life items .
5. Maintain and Monitoring Invoices Registers,Files and Bincards and accountabillity.
7. Preparing monthly stock statements, Third party Inventory reports and submit before 10th of every Month
8. Preparing monthly Moowr stock statements and submit before 10th of every Month
9. Preparing stock consumption statements annually project wise & Whenever it required
10. prepare the Job-Work returns statement and submit quarterly once before 10th
11. Facing the Internal and external Audits as per Audit calendar
