Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract labour force, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee personnel management activities such as recruitment, training and development and employee relations.
• Ensure statutory compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to labour welfare.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to contract labour management.

Job Requirements :

• 4-5 years of experience in contract labour management or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of contract law and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects involving contract labour forces.
