Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  
• Proven track record in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, volume hiring, or similar roles.
