Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities -

1.RFQ Handling through software

2. Develop and oversee the formulation of rubber compounds for various applications, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards as per customer.

3. Manage the daily operations of the rubber formulation laboratory, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

4. Lead a team of chemists and technicians in conducting research, experiments, and testing to optimize rubber formulations

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to support new product development and troubleshooting

6. Analyze data and interpret results from laboratory experiments to make recommendations for formulation improvements.

7. Troubleshoot production issues related to rubber compound formulation, processing, rejection and performance.

8. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, procedures, and test results for regulatory and internal purposes

10. Daily R&D Lab Test Results review

11. Process improvement project in extrusion & Molding in cost saving to reduce the rejection unit wise.

12. To introduce new technologies for production, development and improvement.

Preferred candidate profile -B Tech / Diploma in Rubber Technology
