Purpose/Objective

To submitt the internal & External MIS of Banking Operations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

"1.
Preparation of Annual Finance Budget and Monthly Finance Cost Report (Actual Vs Budgeted) for monitoring the monthly and YTD finance cost.
2.
Preparation of Debt Exposure Reports in specified format for Central Treasury Team and GCFO.
3.
Preparation of Quarterly Financial Covenant Report for monitoring the finance covenants and bank compliance purpose.
4.
Monthly Solar PV Share Backed Facilities Report for GCFO & Updating finance related slides on Quarterly CMD Review Presentation.
5.
Updating Monthly Debt Profile and Order Book for Banks 6.
Managing Annexure –I (Multiple Banking Arrangement Report) to Banks.
7.
Coordination for timely submission of Insurance policy/ UFCE details to Banks.
8.
Coordination and Compliance with Rating Agencies for Credit Rating Surveillance.
9.
Coordination for Lenders Consortium meeting / site visit of Bank.
10.
Assist in preparation of Financial model for onwardsubmission to bank for term loan.
11.
Assisting closure of financial covenants of banks.
12.
Assist in preparation of CMA Data"

Technical Competencies

Internal, Banking and Finance MIS,Project Finance, Modeling, CMA data & Term sheets of lenders,Accounting in Books

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: CA (Finance) Experiences: 1 to 5 Years
