Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with various departments, and administrative units for strategic initiatives and institutional projects.
• Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of organizational goals and action plans.
• Prepare MIS reports, presentations, dashboards, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and follow-up actions.
• Support senior management in strategic planning, decision-making, and review processes.
• Collect, analyze, and present departmental data for performance monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among internal stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, reports, and confidential strategic information.
• Assist in organizing review meetings, strategic discussions, and institutional initiatives.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of tasks assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduation Degree
• Experience: Preferably 23 years of experience
• Experience in the higher education sector will be preferred.
