About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to support the Chairmans Office in managing investment portfolios, CSR initiatives, and executive coordination activities. The role requires strong analytical, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

• Manage and monitor the investment portfolio of the Chairman and Family Office, including:
• Shares and Equity Investments
• Cash flow management
• MIS
• TDS
• GST
• Mutual Funds
• Bonds and Fixed-Income Instruments
• Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
• Track portfolio performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordinate with financial advisors, brokers, and investment partners.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze investment returns.
• Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and financial summaries for management review.
• Support decision-making through financial data analysis.

CSR Management

• Manage CSR funds and ensure effective utilization as per company objectives.
• Monitor CSR projects and evaluate their impact and outcomes.
• Coordinate with NGOs, institutions, and other stakeholders for CSR initiatives.
• Assist in planning, execution, and documentation of CSR activities.

Executive Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairmans Office.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the Chairman.

Travel & Event Management

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for Board Members.
• Coordinate itineraries, accommodation, visas, logistics, and schedules.
• Ensure smooth execution of official meetings and events.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Management, or related discipline.
• 7–9 years of experience in Chairman's Office, Family Office, Executive Assistant, Investment Coordination, CSR Management, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, investments, and portfolio tracking.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high professionalism and integrity.
