Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling/cross-selling existing clients.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets, providing guidance on lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building with potential customers.
• Identify market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry, continuously improving sales techniques and strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product management, marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that meet customer needs and align with company goals.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in IT services & consulting industry.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of software solutions for industrial automation systems; ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
