Assistant Manager

Job Profile and Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging corporate clients with a view to deepening NPS penetration among their employees
• It will be a front line sales role (B2B Corporate Sales)
• Engaging with business teams of group companies to acquire new corporate clients for NPS business
• Supporting the Business Development Manager in strategic business initiatives
• Support in designing corporate business strategy
• Analyzing industry developments and trends, preparing corporate presentations etc.

Candidate:

• Experience of 2-4 years in sales, business development or product management roles
• Relevant experience in the NPS industry would be a strong advantage
• Strong execution skills, communication skills, and networking and corporate client engagement skills
