Key Responsibilities KCD (Client Servicing)

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure clients are effectively using IndiaMART products and services.
• Manage and maintain accurate client e-catalogues.
• Upsell additional services to existing clients.
• Achieve monthly revenue and client retention targets.
• Conduct systematic follow-ups and ensure timely closures.
• Resolve client queries and complaints promptly.
• Conduct 45 face-to-face client meetings daily.
