Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage travel arrangements for clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Lead a team of travel consultants to achieve operational efficiency and excellent customer service standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall client experience.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate rates and improve contract terms.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years' experience in travel management or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
• Strong knowledge of travel operations, including itinerary planning, ticketing, and logistics coordination.
• Excellent team leading skills with ability to motivate and develop staff performance.
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
