Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage the training and development needs as per the company plant requirements.
• Oversee the overall performance of the team, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure labour welfare initiatives are in place to maintain a positive work environment.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in contract labour management, industrial relations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements in the iron & steel industry.
• Proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
