Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall performance of a team within the organization, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular skill matrices assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in management consulting or related field.
• Strong understanding of POSH (Performance Objectives & Key Results) principles.
• Proven track record in developing training curriculum and delivering engaging training sessions.
