Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage project sales of concrete admixtures, including waterproofing solutions, to clients in the civil construction industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies for product launches and promotions.
• Analyze sales data to optimize inventory management, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in the building material industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology, construction chemicals, and civil construction processes.
• Proven track record of success in managing projects from start to finish within budget constraints.
